Hiking with children: Our themed trails in the Bernese Oberland
Hiking doesn't automatically have to mean boredom for children - certainly not with our themed trails in the Jungfrau Region! Whether mythical dwarf trails or marmot nature trails: our exciting adventure trails through the Swiss Alps combine exercise with entertainment and ensure the perfect summer holiday in Switzerland for the little ones too.

Muggestutz
A family hike in the Bernese Oberland with Muggestutz
Children can get to know Muggestutz, the oldest of the traditional Hasli dwarves, on two mythical theme trails while hiking in the Bernese Oberland. On the Mägisalp-Bidmi and Käserstatt-Lischen dwarf trails, each around four kilometres long, the whole family can learn more about the dwarf's adventures during the hiking holidays in Switzerland.

Lieselotte
Children discover Lieselotte while hiking in the Bernese Oberland
Lieselotte is our favourite cow, who has travelled a long way from Germany to join us on the Männlichen in the Jungfrau Region. Now she awaits young and old as a highlight at the end of the almost four-kilometre-long theme trail. The journey to Lieselotte alone is a highlight: The gondola lift to Männlichen, which takes the whole family to the top, is the longest in the world!
