The 4 Most Beautiful Ski Slopes
Jungfrau Region's Blogbuster Series / Nr. 54
In the Jungfrau Region we do not have only one ski area, no there are 4! And each of them has its own charm, so we have chosen the most beautiful slopes in every ski area for you.
#1 Grindelwald First - Oberjoch (First)
You can ski from Oberjoch, the highest point of the Grindelwald First ski area at 2500m above Schreckfeld down to the valley to Stählisboden in one ride. When you arrive at the Bus Stop - Apres Ride bar, you're at end of the slope, where you can take the bus to the village centre.
#2 Schilthorn - Piz Gloria to Mürren Village
From 2970 m on the Schilthorn - Piz Gloria you start down to the middle station birg where you ski into the adrenaline-guaranteed slope Nr. 9. With a gradient of 88% it is the steepest slope in the Jungfrau Region. From there you ski over the upper «Hubel» and down the «Allmendhubel» until you arrive directly in the village centre of Mürren.
#3 Nightskiing Hasliberg
Every Friday from 29 January to 12 March 2021, the slope from Mägisalp to Reuti on the Hasliberg will be illuminated from 6 pm to 10 pm. Between the runs you can enjoy a delicious cheese fondue, raclette or other delightful dishes in the mountain restaurant Mägisalp (Caution: Because of the current BAG Regulations, all the restaurants are closed until the 22nd of January. Please find all the current Information here: jungfrauregion.swiss/covid-en). But of course the descent from the Alpentower to Reuti is absolutely recommendable, also in daylight.
#4 Lauberhorn Downhill
Feel like a real racer for once in your life – this is possible in Wengen. From Kleine Scheidegg at an altitude of over 2000m, you can follow the Lauberhorn World Cup downhill run via Allmend down to Wengen – just like the pros.
But no matter which of our 4 ski resorts you choose to ski down the slopes, the beautiful conditions will always make your day perfect.
