A great love of detail went into uniting the traditional with the modern in the newly renovated restaurant and bar. There is contemporary design between chalet-style, alpine hut and barn. The theme of mountain sports and forest passes through the whole house and is evident here in the restaurant and bar down to the last detail.
Culinary delights made of the best products of the region grace the tables. The kitchen is a balance between a classical and a younger, creative style. Our head chef Sebastian Schuster, and his staff use mostly produce from the region, therefore the origin of all the products used is known.
