Traditional household remedies and medicines on the Ballenberg

Knowledge about the healing powers of plants used to be widespread in rural areas. Much of that knowledge is preserved in the medicinal herb garden of the Ballenberg open-air museum.
The groups start their programme in the garden and learn about different medicinal plants. Then they will gain insight into the properties of tea blends and can make their own herbal tea, which participants can take home at the end.
