Things to do in bad weather

The Eiger Express on its way between Grindelwald and the Eiger Glacier. The most modern tricable gondola in the world is part of the V-Cableway.

Grindelwald Local History Museum

A museum centred around these topics: history – agriculture and Alpine farming – mountaineering – winter sports – railways – crafts – technology – painting the mountains. The Grindelwald Museum is open from the end of December to the end of March and from the beginning of June to mid-October. It is located by the church, around 1 km from Grindelwald railway station.
