Personally managed by the Michel brothers, the Scandinavian-style Boutique Hotel Fiescherblick offers breathtaking views of Grindelwald's unique mountain panorama from its 19 rooms.
Almost all rooms have views of the Fiescherwand, Wetterhorn or the Eiger. In winter, one of the main ski runs leads almost to the hotel's front door when snow conditions are good.
Every morning an extended breakfast buffet awaits our guests. In the evening, after a day outdoors, you can relax in the lounge or on the terrace and take in the grounding power of the mountains. At Fiescherblick, all culinary desires are fulfilled.
Inspired by culinary travels through Japan and Scandinavia – influenced by classic French culinary craftsmanship. A young team, complementing each other with diverse experiences, creates a moment of surprise with passion, creativity and dynamism.
The use of local, high-quality products as well as the collaboration with producers from the region is a top priority. The hotel Fiescherblick offer a seasonally changing Chef’s Choice menu with 4/5/6 courses and optional wine pairing.
The Grindelwald First cable car station is just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.
