Eiger Grand Prix
Each team builds its own go-cart and attempts beat the other teams during the competition in the categories of distance and creativity.
After splitting up into teams, each team will attempt to build a vehicle suitable for racing using the basic frame, materials and tools provided. Each team also has the option use any funds provided by their own company to purchase additional materials from our own stock of materials or receive assistance building the go-cart from a professional in the workshop.
Once participants are finished building their vehicles, each go-cart must pass the safety check before being allowed to enter the race. Out on the race course, each driver’s goal is to cover the farthest possible distance. When building their go-carts, racers can score extra points for creativity and innovation. Finally, each team will design a team flag, which will also be factored into the judges’ scores.
This event is designed to facilitate team building:
Building a go-cart is the perfect team building activity because it requires participants to plan, make decisions, build, test and have fun – together.
Number of participants: 30 to 150 people
Duration: approx. 2 - 3 hours
Prices: on request
