Fly-Line Pfingstegg

Glide through the treetops in a seated position

The Fly-Line is a stainless steel tube system suspended from wooden cuffs on trees in the forest, on which you float through the unique habitat at 8 to 12 km/h while sitting in a harness system on rollers. The aim is to enjoy the surroundings, immerse yourself in the world of the forest and return to the start at a slower pace.

The Fly-Line Pfingstegg starts directly below the mountain station of the Grindelwald - Pfingstegg aerial cableway and immediately disappears into the forest. The course winds its way through the trees for approx. 350 metres and ends just below the existing cable car support in the clearing. From there, a lift specially developed for this project will take you back to the starting point (the only installation in the world with a return lift).
