Restaurant Glacier in Grindelwald is located in the Boutique Hotel Glacier and offers Swiss cuisine inspired by the flavours of the alpine landscape, combining traditional roots with creative influences.

At the heart of the restaurant is a five-course menu that changes weekly, crafted from carefully selected local and seasonal ingredients.

Led by Chef Marco Allemann, the kitchen works with Swiss products and modern techniques. Close cooperation with regional producers allows the menu to follow the rhythm of nature throughout the year while highlighting the character of alpine ingredients.

Alongside the tasting menu, guests can also choose from an à-la-carte selection for a more flexible dining experience.

The restaurant is complemented by an extensive wine cellar with more than 450 labels. The Glacier wine list has been awarded the “Ueli Prager” prize by VINUM – Magazin für Weinkultur, recognizing one of the most innovative wine selections in Switzerland.
