UMAMI Japanese Restaurant

Alongside the Grindellodge’s opening, we are excited to introduce Grindelwald’s first Japanese restaurant, Umami, located on the hotel’s ground floor. Helmed by Tokyo-native Chef Shota Hasegawa, Umami will offer a delectable Japanese Ramen & Sushi menu. Guests can indulge in authentic ramen noodle soups, fresh sushi, crispy tempura, and flavorful donburi rice bowls.
