Every first Monday in October, Grindelwald's village centre is transformed into a colourful market. From morning to night, the street is filled with small market stalls offering delicious treats, unusual handicrafts, all kinds of bric-a-brac and bargains. Of course, there are also bar stalls for socialising and a children's carousel for the little ones.
