Restaurant 1910 Gourmet by Hausers

The Hauser family at the traditional Hotel Belvedere does not want to be left behind, and the new generation certainly not: '1910 Gourmet by Hausers' is the name of the flagship restaurant. They are not intimidated – neither by the strong competition in the village nor by abrupt changes in management. Dávid Imre Rózsa is now at the helm, and he clearly loves vegetables: his passion is vegetarian cuisine. Vegetable courses are also listed on the classic menu, and the intermediate courses (dandelion ice cream, advertised as a 'delicacy from the kitchen') or desserts (creamy gooseberry sorbet on biscuit crumbles) also have a vegetarian touch.
